  • How do I know if my child is right for your classes?

We understand that every child is different and requires different levels of care! That’s why we’re here! Feel free to contact us with extra questions regarding your child’s needs. We encourage you to sign up for an Open Play/Summer Camp Session, and if requested, we can utilize our skilled observations to guide you into deciding what would be most beneficial for them.

  • Do you take insurance?

No. As we considered this option, we discovered in order to fill the need for sensory based play skills in our community, we developed our service model to include ALL children, not just one’s who qualify for special needs services. We wanted to be able to serve everyone in our community, so we developed curriculums that will be implemented by our highly trained coaches at affordable costs.

  • Do you offer Super Bills or take HSA?

No. As we are NOT a healthcare provider, we are unable to do so.

  • Do you offer scholarships?

Yes! We will be offering scholarships in the near future to further reach children in need of sensory based play skills. We hope to foster a community that includes all families in need of support.

  • Can you communicate/collaborate with my child's therapy team?

As we are not considered a “covered entity” under HIPPA we will not ask for or keep record of any protected health information at this time. All other outside healthcare providers who are working with your child(ren) can submit a release of information form if requested by the provider working with the child or the parent of the child. At that point, “The Therapy Xploriment” will take reasonable precautionary measures (i.e. using abbreviations for names over text or email) when sharing information about the child with the parent or healthcare provider to keep information private and protected. “The Therapy Xploriment” at this time does not use, nor is required to use, encrypted email and HIPPA compliant software to manage its communication systems and will not be held liable for communication made between any of its employees and other organizations.
